Gift Wrapping Services
Standard Gift Wrapping
For standard gift wrapping services:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
- If you are unsatisfied with the wrapping, please notify us immediately upon receipt
- We will offer to re-wrap the item at no additional charge if the issue is due to our error
- Refunds are available if we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction
Custom Gift Wrapping
Custom gift wrapping orders with specific design requirements:
- Design approval is required before work begins
- Changes cannot be made once wrapping has started
- Cancellations after design approval may incur a 25% restocking fee
- We will work with you to ensure the final product matches the approved design
Handmade Gifts
Return Eligibility
Handmade gifts may be returned within 14 days of receipt if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The item significantly differs from the approved design or description
- There was an error in our production process
Non-Returnable Items
